We were away when an unfortunate accident started a grass fire at our property, truly devastating to watch on our security cameras. The person that caused the fire filed a claim with their insurance, and we asked for help from Phillip's office and Andie Moore contacted us. We are very grateful for Andie as she became our advocate with the other insurance company, as well as with multiple vendors getting estimates, and facilitating access to the property when needed.
