We were away when an unfortunate accident started a grass fire at our property, truly devastating to watch on our security cameras. The person that caused the fire filed a claim with their insurance, and we asked for help from Phillip's office and Andie Moore contacted us. We are very grateful for Andie as she became our advocate with the other insurance company, as well as with multiple vendors getting estimates, and facilitating access to the property when needed. Without Andie's assistance, it would have taken a lot more than the 76 calendar days to complete restoration to our property - a LOT more! Andie's professional, cordial, and positive outlook throughout kept us at ease. TANNER and OSCAR I have worked extensively with from the beginning when OSCAR helped me transfer my property over from another insurance provider, that was less than helpful, and he was able to help me understand my coverage and rates clearly, and provide any documentation I needed. Anyone who has picked up the phone there, since I became a customer, has always been able to help me. Recently, I had the opportunity to open a business and I reached out to them for quotes.
